Returns

(below only apply to products bought directly on veark.com, all Veark products bought at other outlets please contact the outlet directly.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order in its entirety.

Returns & Exchanges 

How to return any item: Send an email to shop@veark.com including your name, address, and order # and we’ll help you place the return or exchange.

You’ll be refunded in full to your original form of payment, excluding the cost of standard delivery. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@veark.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@veark.com

Veark knives 100 day trial

We want you to feel comfortable with trying out our unique knives and makes sure they are the right fit for you —and sometimes you can’t know what fits best until you give it a proper test. That’s why every Veark knife comes with a 100-day trial.

Here’s how it works: Starting from the day you buy any knife from Veark, you have the next 100 days to test it, cook with it, take a selfie with it, whatever it takes to make sure you love it. If it’s not the right fit for you, you can return for a full refund or exchange for other Veark products. 


So, If you decide that your new Veark knife isn’t for you, you can return or exchange it any time within 100 days of your purchase. Simply write us an email at shop@veark.com with your original order no. and we’ll take care of the rest.

Within EU: return shipping on knives is on us!

Outside EU: unfortunately we can't manage return shipping at this point. You need to return the knife at your own expense.

Please note that the 100-day trial period does not start over if you exchange your item. If you end up returning your order, you’ll only have the remainder of your original 100-day trial to do so.
