Shipping

When can I expect to receive my Veark package— are there currently processing or shipping delays?

We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your Veark products can reach you as quickly as possible. See below for the most up-to-date information:

Denmark: 1-3 business days

Germany: 2-4 business days
Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days

United States: Standard: 5-7 business days
Canada: Standard: 5-7 business days
United Kingdom: 3-5 business days

Where does Veark ship?

Orders placed on veark.com ships World Wide (…with very few exceptions, if you can’t place an order to your country, please write us at shop@veark.com and we will try to find a solution)


Tell me about shipping.

Standard shipping is free when you spend 700 kr. (approximately 100€/$120 USD) or more, after promotions. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. You’ll see the total cost of your order during checkout. Your payment method will be charged in DKK. 

We ship internationally with UPS.


When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!


How long does it take to ship?

We’ll send a tracking number so you can watch your package’s journey.


Will I be charged VAT & Duties?

VAT is included however any applicable duties might be applied by tax authorities if you buy from outside the EU.


I'm having problems with the tracking.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 3 to 7 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via shop@veark.com. We can investigate further for you.


How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email shop@veark.com.


How can I change the currency?

To change the currency of your preference, just click the little box on the upper right corner of your screen and select the preferred currency.

 

Can the delivery country be different from the billing country?

yes, sure. during check out simply type in the billing address first and then you can choose to type a different ship to address if wanted.

How can I find out more information about a product?

You can learn all about our products on their individual product pages. If you have any other questions or thoughts, let us know by emailing shop@veark.com.

 

Are your products food grade certified?

yes, rest assure, all products that are designed and made to be in direct contact with food are made from materials that are all foodgrade certified and compliant.

 

Can you help with a product I bought from a third party marketplace?

We’re only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on veark.com. We’re also not able to process returns or exchanges or otherwise assist with orders not placed through veark.com.


Returns & Exchanges within EU

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your Veark product. Please reach out to shop@veark.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry—Veark packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to shop@veark.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

 

What’s your return policy?

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order in its entirety.

How to return any item: Send an email to shop@veark.com including your name, address, and order # and we’ll help you place the return.

You’ll be refunded in full to your original form of payment, Excluding the cost of standard delivery. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Returns & Exchanges outside EU 

How do I place a return or exchange?

Please note: Unfortunately our current setup can't handle free return slips outside EU, so we need you to ship back the products at your own expense.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

 

Can I remove a saved payment method?

Of course! You can make this change on your Account page. If you need help, email us at shop@veark.com.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

 

What can I do if my payment is declined? 

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

 

Is your card expired?

Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at shop@veark.com. We’re happy to help!

Order Questions

 

How can I update my order?

Please email us at shop@veark.com as soon as possible if you would like to change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated after your order is placed and again once your order ships.

 

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid Veark promo codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more.

 

Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion?

You can use a promo code along with free shipping when you buy two or more items. Other offers advertised on the website without a code will be automatically applied and cannot be used along with a separate promo code. If your order qualifies for an advertised offer and you also enter a promo code, we’ll apply the best deal.
