Veark hosted our very first popup store Asia. Located in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, we stationed there for a month, with a unique opportunity to showcase our products to the Asian market.
Timed to coincide with the vibrant energy of Art Week in Hong Kong, the store became a space of inspiration and creativity, drawing strong interests from a diverse audience.
Menu
We collaborated with two friends on the food design and overall environmental set of the evening. The menu for the evening put a modern twist on the most humble, but versatile ingredient from the city.
Fish ball – with whipped silken tofu foam, garlic powder & spring onion oil.
Beef ball – with romesco sauce in roasted local bell peppers, tomato paste, cashew nuts, smoked paprika.
Squid ball – with roasted beetroot, chickpeas and homemade Hong Kong hot sauce.
